Placer Valley Tourism is thrilled to announce that California Capital Aquatics (CCA) was selected to host USA Swimming CA/NV LCM Speedo Sectionals in 2020! This full four-day swimming competition will bring more than 600 top-notch swimmers from all over Northern California, Southern California and Nevada to the Roseville Aquatic Complex on July 16-19.

CCA last hosted this prestigious event in 2016 and won the Economic Impact in Sports Tourism award from Sports Destination Management as it created an economic impact of nearly a quarter of a million dollars for Placer Valley! With more than 1,000 hotel nights generated from this event in 2016 it will undoubtedly provide similar results in 2020.

“It’s an honor to be able to bring this swim meet back to Northern California and for it to be held at the RAC again,” commented CCA President Tricia Strub. “Not only will this USA Swimming event create additional revenue for our team, it will also boost the local economy from the hotel stays, restaurant visits and shopping done by participants during the event.”
