Our winemaking journey started with a Chardonnay kit in 2012 and has grown from there. We still make Chardonnay as it is a family favorite. Specifically we love a big oaky, and buttery Chardonnay. We also love making lesser known varieties, such as : Pinot Grigio, and Pinot Blanc, Tannat, Nero D'Avola, Grenache, and Syrah, and Petit Verdot, and Tempranillo... well the list goes on.
