For more than a decade, the style of choice in California has been, and continues to be, IPAs. We saw growth of New England-style (hazy) IPAs, but there are two other beers garnering attention: brut IPAs and India pale lagers-beers you can load with hop flavors but deliver on a lighter, low-bodied base that makes them easier to drink. The brewery offers six beers on tap and a variety of cider and mead, such as the sour cherry hard apple cider and the orange blossom session mead, which was made using the Satsuma mandarin oranges grown on the acre-sized land.
