The Japanese word "kaizen," which translates to "continuous improvement," truly reflects the concept behind this Mikuni location. A remodel of a prior location in The Fountains, Mikuni expanded the kitchen, sushi bar, and beverage bar to host an exquisite feature of one-of-a-kind menu items made popular at the restaurant group's other locations. Intimate booths for two and private tables for up to eight combine with the open dining rooms to create an ambiance that has something for everyone whether you are enjoying a large special occasion or party of two. But the singular feature of delight is the open air dining room that leads to the spacious patio with beautiful landscaping including a water feature.
