On May 3rd, 1974 my mother and father (Bev and Skip Ipsen) opened Skipolini's Pizza in Clayton, California. Over the past three and a half decades, communities have changed and our company has grown, but the philosophy behind our business has never wavered; Provide high quality food in a unique, family friendly environment, at affordable prices.
