Open every weekend, the Placer County Wine Trail is made up of a series of small family-run boutique wineries each dedicated to preserving the historic winemaking legacy of the California Sierra Foothills with passion and craftsmanship. Just a short 30-minute drive from Sacramento, the trail runs throughout Placer County and is easily accessible from I-80 and Highway 49. Popular stops along the trail can be found in Lincoln, Rocklin, Roseville, Loomis, Auburn, and Granite Bay.
